AHC Supports Inheritance of Hope

Analgesic Healthcare Supports Inheritance of Hope by Sending 13 Children to Legacy Retreat

Tampa, Fla., (November 28, 2016) –  It is unfortunate that 1 in 20 children will suffer the loss of a parent before age 16. Inheritance of Hope serves these children and their families. Inheritance of Hope believes that “Every Family Deserves a Legacy,” and has devoted themselves to inspiring hope through their signature offering, the Legacy Retreat,® an all-expenses-paid experience to help families create memories.
The charity also provides scholarships for college-bound students and fosters communities of ongoing support to help families navigate the challenges of a terminal illness. To date, families from 38 states have experienced a life-changing Legacy Retreat® in Orlando or New York City.
Analgesic Healthcare has partnered with Inheritance of Hope in their efforts to inspire hope in families that are facing the loss of a parent. It’s a program that CEO Roy Edgerton has graciously supported. Since 2013, Mr. Edgerton has personally enabled 13 children to experience a Legacy Retreat® with their terminally-ill parent.
“We are committed to making a difference in the lives of others during the tough times in their lives,” said Roy Edgerton, CEO of Analgesic Healthcare. “Because every donation matters, Analgesic Healthcare employees are encouraged to make an impact by supporting Inheritance of Hope’s NYC Legacy Retreat® later this month. All gifts will go toward hosting more families on a Legacy Retreat®, and are tax-deductible,” said Mr. Edgerton.
“It’s truly a priceless gift,” stated Deric Milligan, CEO of Inheritance of Hope. “Mr. Edgerton’s belief in our mission, and his continued generosity is making an incredible difference in families affected by terminal illness. Lifelong memories have been made while families are still able, and we are grateful for Roy’s commitment to the families we serve,” added Milligan.
